Well I'm very hands on and that is one of the traits of a good NCO (AKA Getting the job done) but I'm also a good officer... I can think both ways and could do both jobs which can be bad because I have tendencies to do everything and it's harder for me to delegate... It all works out in the end...

So, which do you think is better, being an officer or an NCO? I think it all depends on the person. Some people are more prone to being NCO's and others are more prone to being Officers. Both are neccesary for anytype of a military organization/unit to work. THOMAS J WRIGHT, C/CAPT CAP Founder of the old CadetHelp!

Wow you have really done a good job with CadetHelp! I remember when I started it, I think it was 2002 and no one but my own squadron members used it. It has truly come a long way, you still have the LL and AE guides/tests and you fixed the grades and added a forum and chatroom in addition to all the other things you added... Pretty much everyone who uses this site/forum/chatroom/group now, really have no idea what it was before you came along... Before long, CadetHelp! will be more famous than Cadet Stuff... Thanks so much, if you did not take over, it'd still be a small yahoo group and website...
