So are you a true NCO, or an officer? I'm not referring to grade, but your leadership style. An NCO will be conserned with getting the job done, while an officer will be conserned with working out the bugs and managing those involved.
So, are you an NCO or an Officer?

I got too set into the whole Officer mindset, so I guess that's how I am. If I see something really FUBAR, I'll abandon all notion of grade and jump in and fix it.

Currently trying to break Airman leadership style of just doing every thing anyone above me says without hesitation, and switch to NCO style of leading.

Well I'm very hands on and that is one of the traits of a good NCO (AKA Getting the job done) but I'm also a good officer... I can think both ways and could do both jobs which can be bad because I have tendencies to do everything and it's harder for me to delegate... It all works out in the end...
